Product Description

The Head Liquidmetal Radical MidPlus offers much of the control of the Liquidmetal Prestige, albeit in a slightly lighter weight frame. Very maneuverable thanks to a nicely weighted head light balance. The Liquidmetal Radical is best suited to an advanced level player with a fast to very fast swing who requires a very concentrated sweetspot. Very dense string pattern further enhances control without sacrificing feel.

Super racket

Having played for over twenty years I never considered purchasing an advanced racket like the Liquidmetal Radical simply because I don't play very often. However, when I saw the pricedrop on it I just couldn't resist and you shouldn't either. For the first time ever I feel in control on the court. I had a Head racket before (Ti Fire), but I am giving it away because there is just no comparison. Virtually no vibration (when I hit the ball right of course), the shot goes in exactly the direction I want it to go, brilliant. I am very happy with this purchase. Midwest Sports came though very nicely, delivering in no time. An assistant at a local sport store told me this racket is being discontinued, so I bought another one just in case.

This line, next to Babolat Pure Drive Team (Mainly the Plus) and HEAD Prestige (Liquidmetal and Intelligence), is an elite line. Radical has been the most used racquet around here since we've come together as 13-14 year olds. Radical Liquidmetal is an applauded product from Head and we recommend it with great enthousiasm as a racquet for all club (U12/14+ categories) and above players. It works well with all ages.

On my first contact with the raquet, I felt a huge diference on my game. I'm just starting to play tennis, so some movements are quite hard for me to perform. With this raquet, I was able to improve my moves, like my backhand that used to be terrible, and now it's not so much.

It gave me power, but most impressive it gave me precision and constancy.

Totally recommend this purchase.
Wonderful racquet

This racquet is great. I love its control, weight, and balance. A few days after I recieved it, however, the string broke while I was doing my heat serve, but that is expected considering where i hit it on the racquet.
nice racquet

Mid-plus size makes this racquet a perfect choice for those who aren't beginners anymore, yet has a long way to be advanced. Not very light but very effecient swings. Easy to control. I first had some hard times with my serves but after some practice this is not an issue. I instantly felt better with my ground strokes. It's worth the price.
