Product Description |
| Includes interchangeable Competivision lens for on court play and TNS Gun lens for off court. Competivision lenses act like filters, carefully muting all colors in the spectrum except optic yellow. The result is amazing: a tennis ball that literally pops out of the backround. Official optical eyewear of the USPTA. |

Bolle Vigilante

| These Sunglasses have the widest width lenses of any I have seen. They are excellent for large faces. The soft rubber temples and nose piece make wearing a pleasure. The gunmetal lenses cut any glare. |
Extremely Pleased

| The Vigilante was recommended to me by a fellow bike rider and I'm thrilled with them. They are very comfortable and keep the UV rays from my eyes. The look is also very sleek. |
Great product, lousy service.

Optics Planet (the "partner" that sold this to me through Amazon) advertised this product as having interchangeable lenses. Imagine my surprise when they arrived with no extra lenses. I contacted Optics Planet, and they told me that the model that they sold me DOESN'T come with lenses - I could get a different model if I returned the one I had and paid them more money. (I could just buy additional lenses either)
The sunglasses are great, perfect for driving...
But Optics Planet makes it seem like a rip off. |
Optics Planet - Customer Service Poor

| I rarely write reviews except when something really bothers me so I am putting this out there so others can avoid the same problem I had. The website title from Optics Planet for this product indicates "with interchangeable lenses". Just received the sunglasses and also, no interchangeable lenses included. I called Optics Planet and the customer service person agreed that the website was "Probably not very clear" that "they could take interchangeable lenses, but they don't necessarily come with interchangeable lenses". He did nothing to fix the problem (i.e. offer to pay for shipping back to them for free, etc.). I told him that I was not the only person that was confused about this product, and that i just found another reviewer that had the same problem, so obviously something was amiss with the website, but he did nothing about it. He said he would "make a note in the comment senction". I would definitely steer clear of Optics Planet for future purchases as their customer service dept. is ineffective. Now I have to go and deal with the hassle of returning this, waiting for the refund to process, etc. Very frustrating. |
